Sign Up Guidelines:
• To secure a time slot for projection, please sign up below.
• Everyone is permitted one projection per sign up.
• You may sign up at the event, but you will be on a wait list and there is no guarantee of participation for the waitlist.
• We have a total of 32 slots available.

Event Guidelines:
• Everyone will get a 30 minute time slot to project their work.  The 30 minutes includes time for set up and tear down.
•       If you do not come and check in with us at the event before your given time slot, your slot will be given away.
• We encourage you to bring your own beamer (video projector, film projector, slide projector, overhead projector) in addition to your own video playing device, cables and extension cord. If do not own your own beamer, Aurora will be providing a limited number of video projectors.  Please indicate if you would like to use one of our projectors on the form below.
• You may only project works without sound.  Speakers are not permitted.
• Please keep content family friendly - this is an all ages event.

What We Will Provide:
• Access to power outlets and power strips
• Tables to set your equipment on
• Aurora Picture Show will have a limited number of video projectors on hand for use.  Please indicate on the form below if you need to use one of our projectors.

Everyone will receive a confirmation email prior to the event date.
