Thank you for your patience as we continue to navigate through the process of having to cancel the 2020 Ohio VEX IQ State Championship due to the COVID-19 world pandemic.  We are still waiting for registration fees to be processed through the REC Foundation and we are unsure as to how long that process will take, however, we wanted to start the process of refund requests for teams that were registered and paid for the event.  

In all cases, each registration contains a $5 Robot Events processing fee that is not refundable.
Please know that despite the unfortunate cancellation of this event, our event committee did inherit some expenses for the venue, trophies, banners, rental fees, etc.  Similar to other states as well as the World Championship event, we will offer teams the option to either take a refund for paid registration fees (minus processing fees, timelines are unknown at this time), take a credit to be used towards a 2020-2021 event hosted by Rob Smith, or make a donation to the state championship fund.  You can also choose to split your refund between multiple options.

Please complete the following form for EACH team that was registered for the 2020 Ohio VEX Robotics State Championship.  

In order to process a refund, this form must be completed and refund requests must be made by July 1st, 2020.
