SOS x Urban Oasis CSA Boxes

By filling out this form, you are committing to participate in the CSA every week within the timeframe of your choosing, January 9 - May 7, 2024. You may opt in to 6 weeks of boxes at a time, for $40/box! By signing up, you are being put on a list as someone who would like to participate. Unfortunately, due to truck size capacity, we may not be able to accommodate all sign-ups. We will reach out the week before the start date to inform you of your status.
