All vendors must complete an application, even if you have sold with us in the past. It will only take a moment. Once we receive your application we will review it and get back to you within 3-7 business days with an approval. If you are approved, you will receive an email with an invoice to submit an online payment and a contract that will contain detailed information about the event (and setup times, etc).
Please note that you will only have three days to pay for your spot and sign the contract once sent out or you will forfeit your space at The Exchange. If other arrangements need to be made, please contact us at

STAGED PHOTOS ARE BEST!Vendor applications will NOT be considered if photos or links to on-line photos/websites are not included with the application at time of submission, unless you are a returning vendor! Even if you are returning, please leave us a link/updated photos as we will use these to advertise you. If you do not have a website or social media account please email photos to us at

Keep in mind that photos you send/post on your social media may be used on our social media/advertising if you're accepted to the market, so send/post photos that represent your business the best! Also, please know that we verify images are yours, so please only send actual photos of your products. Please note that we do NOT accept MLM, direct sales or like businesses at this time.
Pricing:ONE DAY PRICING (Saturday OR Sunday): $50 for 10x10, $80 for 20x10, $100 for 30x10 - ONE business per space!
TWO DAY PRICING (Saturday AND Sunday): $90 for 10x10, $150 for 20x10, $180 for 30x10 - ONE business per space!
If you require more space, please reach out to us regarding pricing. We can make most things work! We offer a 5% discount for returning vendors (vendors who sold at any Exchange Market in 2023, 2022, 2021 and/or 2020).
These prices include: vendor parking, optional day-before setup, advertising, networking and your space at the market! Need something more? Ask, we can typically accommodate! Sorry, electricity is only available for our live music and food truck vendors.
Insurance:
All applicable licenses and a certificate of insurance must be submitted upon approval. Uninsured vendors will be considered if they are willing to obtain insurance once admitted to the market. Keep in mind that all vendors have 3 days to turn in their paperwork, sign the contract and pay their invoice. Be sure to check out all insurance options before applying. We recommend ACT insurance and have a discount code, if needed. Please email us for a list of companies to reach out to or for the code. Once payment is made, refunds will *not* be given so be sure to check out insurance requirements prior to applying! Remember, you will have some time to obtain insurance (3 days) after acceptance.

Food Vendors:

Non-Food-Truck Food Vendors (homestead/farm/bakery/popcorn): Please use this application. Take note, if you are selling
ANY type of food or drink in your booth you must let us know in your application, have proper insurance, documentation and follow all NH-DHHS regulations. Failure to comply can result in forfeiture of space & fees.
Payment & Contracts:
Payment requests will be made via online invoice upon acceptance. Once accepted you will receive a contract and a more in-depth, detailed event guide with important information that you will need to know. Please be sure that you have entered your email address correctly.
