1. You must make arrangements with someone for the procedure to unlock/lock the Fellowship Hall area for you and turn off/reset the alarm system.
2. DO NOT PUT LIQUIDS IN THE TRASH CANS. Clean up and remove all garbage from premises.
3. Sweep and mop the Fellowship Hall/Kitchen.
4. No leftover food or drink items are to be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. Throw items out or take home. Do not leave them to accumulate.
5. Group items need to be marked with your group name and stored in your area of the pantry or refrigerator/freezer.
6. All dishes/pots & pans/utensils to be placed in their proper place.
7. All dish towels/potholders/cloth items to be cleaned (at church or taken home) and returned promptly to their proper place.
8. Check thermostat and turn off or adjust as required. Inspection of the area by a responsible member.
9. Check all other areas of building used, including the restrooms.
10. If facility is NOT cleaned up after use of Fellowship Hall, a $75.00 fee will be charged.
11. The products in the pantry and cabinets are for CHURCH RELATED FUNCTIONS ONLY.
NOTE: Please do not use tape on doors, walls or window. In all cases a church member must be a part of the group and be the responsible person for the function. Thank you for your attention in helping us keep our facility as clean as possible!
