Aloha,

Please complete the following form to help UGC Staff develop an appropriate tour for your group. Tours are available on a limited basis. Tour groups are welcome to bring a boxed lunch and eat on the UGC grounds before leaving. Maximum group size is 30 guest per tour. The fee for tours is $5 per participant.

We will do our best to accommodate your requested date. A consent waiver and medical release form will be required. Minors must have a legal guardian or chaperone accompany them on a tour.

COVID-19 Policy. Screening is required. Please provide 4 weeks advanced notice. If you have questions, contact Tina Lau, tinat@hawaii.edu.
