Identify and address Industrial relations risks
The Building Bridges is to create a forum for learning and collaboration among public and private sector actors to support skills’ development, joint problem solving, and behavioral and attitudinal change, which are critical to ensuring sustainable improvements.
The expected learning outcomes for this 2nd module:
• To continue the establishment of an atmosphere of trust, understanding, and partnership among participants.
• To validate the importance of sound industrial relations for company performance and workers wellbeing
• To identify how stakeholders can collaborate and contribute to achieving sound industrial relations in the industry and at the factory level
• To understand and identify IR risks and formulate responses
NB: This training module builds upon the results of module 1. The overall focus of this training remains on the better collaboration between various stakeholders and an improved understanding of the Better Work model. In this module, trainees can expect to continue working on a platform of collaboration and exchange. Participants will increase their knowledge of how to identify and address Industrial Relations risks. They will also identify how sound Industrial relations can be achieved at the factory level through enhanced workplace cooperation and dialogue.
