2021-2022 BCUMCS Student Registration Application
Registration for the 2021-2022 school year will open February 1 for returning families and BCUM Church members, followed by public registration on February 8. Our online registration is for your convenience and accuracy. Please take time to review your family's needs to determine the best schedule for your child.

* Currently enrolled students/siblings are given priority registration so you will have first choice on classes offered for next year. Below you will find the list of classes available, monthly tuition costs and registration fees.

* The registration fee must be paid in order to complete your application and place your child on a class list. This fee is non-refundable unless the school is unable to place your child in a class.

* Your account must be current to register for the next school year

* This form submission serves as your formal registration application, thus alerting the school of your intent to register. All applications and registration fees will be date and time stamped.

* Please be aware if there is not enough interest in a class, it will not be offered and you may receive your second or alternative class choice.

* If you have more than one child to register, you will need to submit additional on-line forms for each of them.

* All students who are placed must have all their immunizations current, all paperwork complete and submitted at the time requested by the school office (August 1, 2020) along with 50% of your September tuition.

By submitting this electronic application, I verify the above information to be correct and I understand that completion of this form does not guarantee placement in a class. I understand that placement will be made according to my preference and if space is available for my choice. This application is only complete once I submit registration payment to the school office. If my child is placed in the program, I agree to the terms and conditions of enrollment.  In the case of a non-start, early withdrawal or acceptance into another school, BCUMC School will not refund any registration or tuition fees that have been paid to that point.
