I understand that the District Grant Application must be submitted to the District Grant Chair, with this application completely filled out, on or BEFORE May 30th, 2020 in order to receive any grant funding.

1) Club will receive DDF based upon their giving percentage compared to all clubs within the district.                                                         2) Minimum grant amount will be $250.00.                                                                                                                                                      3) Clubs must spend double the amount of the award to receive their percentage of DDF.                                                                           4) Only a rotary club can apply for a grant.                                                                                                                                                        5) Only one district grant will be awarded per club per year.                                                                                                                               6) A Club that would have received under the amount of $250.00 will have to give a $1000.00 to TRF within one fiscal year in order to be considered again for DDF.
