𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭?

Our 5-Day Public Speaking Camp is about training a student that was originally a good speaker and helping them become a GREAT speaker. We teach students how to shine on stage through writing speeches, projecting their voices, and making use of body language to deliver presentations that inspire. The workshop series will be delivered by Joy Pamnani, a Public Speaking & Debate Coach that has brought back trophies for Hong Kong and has many techniques to share about effective communication.

This workshop series is for students aged 8 to 12. We start by getting the students interested in what World Champions and some of the best speakers in history managed to do to deliver their Impactful Speeches. We then guide the students through speech structure, writing, storytelling, verbal delivery, body language, and share some tips about impromptu speaking as well.

Throughout the sessions, our instructor will be sharing feedback with participants about how to improve.

The last day will be a chance for students to present their speeches and receive certificates for taking part in the camp.

Participants DO NOT need prior experience in public speaking or debate to join.

A maximum of 20 slots will be allocated on a first-come-first served basis.

Kindly note: this program will not proceed if less than 10 participants sign up.

𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭:

All sessions will be 100% in English and conducted on Zoom.

Sessions will be conducted on Weekday afternoons from 3 to 5pm HKT including:
Session #1 (04-Apr-22, 3pm to 5pm HKT, on Zoom)
Session #2 (05-Apr-22, 3pm to 5pm HKT, on Zoom)
Session #3 (06-Apr-22, 3pm to 5pm HKT, on Zoom)
Session #4 (07-Apr-22, 3pm to 5pm HKT, on Zoom)
Session #5 (08-Apr-22, 3pm to 5pm HKT, on Zoom)

We will create a Whatsapp group to share materials with participants including Zoom links, Slides, Reading Materials and Motions. (if interested).

All 5 sessions cost 2,000 HKD in total (400 HKD per session). If you are aware that your child will not be able to attend one of the sessions, kindly only check the dates that your child will be able to attend in the form. We will adjust payment accordingly. We accept payments via Payme and FPS.

Our Workshop Series will be led by Joy Pamnani. Also known as Hong Kong’s Youngest Public Speaking Champion, Joy has over 5 years of experience designing and delivering Soft Skills Training for Schools, Universities, NGOs and Toastmasters in Hong Kong. She has coached over 5,000 students, represented her school, university and Hong Kong in several competitions including In-Person and Virtual Speech Contests.
