Here at the DEI Pro Academy, we take a non political cross cultural intersectional approach to training and coaching individuals and teams involved in DEI work. Through our work, we keep the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) industry accountable, ethical and competent by training and supporting practitioners, consultants, leaders and people managers to develop the transformational competencies needed to be effective in this industry.
