By submitting a request you understand that:

-The drawing process of the art you requested will be posted to youtube. And with that, the content creators will be showing and promoting the video and illustration on their various forms of social media.

-You (the requester) are not entitled to further compensation. By making this request the equal trade is being made of receiving art, of the requested character at no cost. In return, the content creator is allowed to share and promote the video which showcases their creative process with the intent to gain ad revenue.

-You also are acknowledging that you give permission for the design that you own to be shown within the video, to show the initial subject and it may occasionally be shown during the drawing process as it is referenced.

-It is understood that it is up to the artist's discretion if they accept the request or not. They will potentially receive a lot of requests and because of this, they may not be able to get to every request they receive.

-You also agree to the terms of service listed by the content creators as the form explains them.

I hereby irrevocably authorize the [COSMOBYTES Formal Name] to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the drawing I requested for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished drawing. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the drawing.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge [COSMOBYTES Formal Name] from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this agreement.

In the event any dispute arises out of the requested drawing or this agreement, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees, expert fees, and costs.

This agreement and any attached documents, which are incorporated by reference and made an integral part of the agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No agreements, representations, or warranties other than those specifically set forth in this agreement or in the attached schedules will be binding on any of the parties unless set forth in writing and signed by both parties.

If any provision of this Agreement or the application of any of its provisions to any party or circumstance is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement, and the application of those provisions to the other parties or circumstances, will remain valid and in full force and effect.
