2024 Hampstead Mother's Club Craft Fair
This is the online application for the Hampstead Mother's Club fall craft fair. This year's fair will be held on November 2, 2024 at Hampstead Middle School from 9-3pm Indoors.

HOURS: Set-up: 6:45m - 9am Fair: 9am - 3pm Clean up: 3pm - 4pm 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

     • 6' x 10' spaces are available for $70 per space. Electricity and wall space are limited. Please note your need for these items on your application form. 

       • Your application MUST be accompanied by the following items, payment, pictured if required and a self addressed stamped envelope if your mailing your application in - 

            -• Any crafter whose check does not clear will be charged $25 to cover our bank fees. 

• This is a juried fair. The decision of the craft fair sponsors (i.e. Hampstead Mothers’ Club) is final. We generally allow only 3-5 types of one craft in the fair. 

• Space assignments are on a first come, first served basis according to receipt of application. 

• A crafter may NOT extend beyond the 6' x 10' spaces allotted to him or her; this includes soliciting for your craft in the main aisle. 

• All crafts must be hand-made. Commercially made items will not be accepted. 

• All crafters must provide their own table to display their crafts. 

• All crafters must be set-up by 9am and will not be allowed to dismantle their displays before 3pm. 

• Cancellations- crafter fees will be refunded for a cancellation made 14 or more days from the date of the fair. Cancellations made within 14 days of the fair will not be refunded.

All crafters must abide by the terms and conditions stated above. Non-compliance will result in a forfeiture of the application fee and the crafter will be asked to leave the fair. This policy is in place to ensure that all crafters have an equal opportunity to sell their products. IMPORTANT NOTE: You must not mark as payment for goods or services or there are fees that will be charged to HMC and your payment will not be received in full.
If you are a returning crafter and your craft remains the same as years past, photos may not be required. If your craft is new or you're a new crafter, photos will be required. Please indicate how you'll be submitting your photos *
