Thank you for being a Trunk Host! Please fill out the form below so we can get you on our Drive-Thru Route.

Each "trunk" has the option of handing out candy from your trunk or donating to the candy bags each kid will be given at the end of the route. Please keep in mind the distance restrictions that will need to be followed to pass out candy. We have already heard several fun ideas for passing candy out, so get creative! If you would prefer to just give towards the candy bags, that is completely fine too. We just ask that you either bring in bags of candy to the Pacific Raceways office OR you can use the "Donate" tab to give monetarily. We went through approximately 6 Costco sized bags per trunk last year, or about 600-700 kids.

We will be putting together candy bags prior to the event. So we are asking that all candy and monetary donations for candy be provided by 10/23. This will give us a chance to get them packed and ready for Halloween!

If you are with a group, or would like to be placed near friends, please make sure to include the name(s) in the spot provided. We will do our best to keep all groups in the same area. We know not everyone will be able to come up with a creative way to pass out candy from your spot. So please indicate if you are so we can try and arrange the route so that we can spread the "candy trunks" throughout the route rather than having them all clumped together!

Trunk Hosts will need to arrive no later than 10:30am on 10/31! This will provide enough time for you to get setup before gates open!
