BVSD would like to receive commitments from farmers to provide various produce items throughout the year. Based on your input here, we will let you know if you are Primary, Secondary or Tertiary vendor for our various HOTM and regular salad bar items each month.

We will be relying on Primary vendors to fulfill our produce needs unless we hear otherwise (and please let us know as soon as possible if that is not feasible). We will turn to Secondary vendors when a Primary is not able to fill all or part of the commitment for any reason. And so on.

We are hoping that this system will allow you to depend on us to buy from you and for us to depend on you to provide what we need. However, we still want to leave some flexibility for issues related to mother nature, etc.

Please fill out the following form based on your plans for each month. If you do not grow a certain produce item, please feel free to skip to the next section.

When we have everyone's input, we will let you know who is the Primary, Secondary, and if necessary, Tertiary vendor for which items each month. We will continue to share these commitments with you as a reminder in our Mid-Month Commitment Confirmation each month. Deb will also continue her weekly emails to place orders with you.
