Our organization has been at the center of the Responsible Tech movement since 2018; in that time we have built up an extensive network of talented individuals who are ideal for these hard-to-place roles. Our Responsible Tech Talent Service is structured through a contingency agreement where our non-profit is only compensated upon making a warm introduction to a candidate who is successfully hired by your organization or company. Unlike a traditional recruiting firm, we intimately understand the ecosystem and your needs. We play the role of matchmaker.All Tech Is Human is a non-profit committed to building the Responsible Tech ecosystem, uniting a diverse range of stakeholders, and ensuring that our tech future is aligned with the public interest. We have a range of activities, including a large community Slack group, working groups that develop community reports, mentorship program, regular gatherings and summits, Responsible Tech Job Board, university ambassadors program, and a livestream series. Our flagship resource is the Responsible Tech Guide. In addition, we recently launched a talent matchmaking service.
