NIHR CRN Audiology Workforce Focus Groups: Expression of Interest
The NIHR Clinical Research Network (CRN) supports patients, the public, and health and care organisations across England to participate in high-quality research, thereby advancing knowledge and improving care.
The NIHR Ear, Nose and Throat National Specialty Group is conducting a strategic project to improve the delivery of audiology research across the NHS and private hearing services.
This project aims to understand the facilitators and barriers experienced by audiologists to conduct and support clinical research practice, in order to make recommendations to grow research capacity and capability amongst audiologists.
We are planning to host focus groups with Audiologists to hear your views and experiences in conducting and supporting clinical research as part of practice.
The outputs of the focus groups will inform the Department of Health and Social Care action plan on Hearing Loss and Tinnitus research.
If you are interested in taking part, please complete the following expression of interest form. Once completed, a member of the NIHR CRN project team, led by Dr Amanda Hall (Audiologist and West of England CRN Audiology champion), will be in touch.
THIS FORM WILL CLOSE ON THURSDAY 16TH DECEMEBER 2O21 FOR INTERESTED PARTIES. THANK YOU
