By submitting the form, you accept that we as Study Association POLIS keep the right to deny you access to the trip if you have COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive in the days before the excursion. You also accept that we, Study Association POLIS, deduct the ticket price from you bank in January. In the case that Study Association POLIS cancels this event, you will be refunded for the costs we can recover. In the case that YOU cancel the trip, you will be ONLY refunded for the costs we haven't made yet.
