Your role throughout the night will be to support and encourage the riders around the route. You will be positioned amongst a group of riders and will be wearing a ‘Ride Angel’ high-viz vest so the riders will be able to spot you while cycling. You have no responsibilities in terms of first aid; your role is to give the riders moral and practical support while out on the course. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU CAN REPAIR AND CHANGE A PUNCTURE This is so you can help women throughout the course, as mechanical support will prioritise major mechanical faults over punctures. You will need to arrive at the Venue between 6PM-8PM, you will register with the Ride Angel Co-ordinator, here you will receive information about the start wave you will be in, your high vis and a food voucher. Everyone will have a briefing at 8.00pm with the Ride Director, ready to set between 9.00pm and 11pm. Please fill out this application form. We will let you know as soon as possible if your application has been successful. Please note by filling in this form it does not guarantee you a place on the ride as a Ride Angel! We will read through your application and get back to you closer to the event.
