In order to participate in the project for Pitmon Photography/studio B, an image release for the before and after images, as well as any videos taken, are required because the before/after images will be used for advertising and published in print and online for social media sites as well as in the magazine. The chosen images will be modest in nature. Are you willing to sign an image release if chosen? *
Sessions take place at the studio in Providence on weekdays from 10am -2pm. You will need to provide up to three outfits for your session, with one being a glamour outfit. You are welcome to use anything from our client closet as well. Do you understand? *
Do you agree to have professional hair and makeup performed by our HMUA to include lashes? *
Do you agree to answer interview questions before and after your session? *
Are you comfortable with us taking video and going live during a modest portion of the session? *
Do you have any medical conditions that will limit posing that I should be aware of? This will not hinder you being chosen, but it helps the photographer to choose poses that are easier for you to do. *
The project requires a retainer/booking fee of $350 +tax and a signed contract/release to book and hold your date. The session includes: professional hair and makeup for one person, a fully styled beauty and/or boudoir session, an in person reveal session, one 8x10 print of the photographer's choice matted and ready to frame, a copy of the magazine once the campaign is complete, and a discount of $350 on any collection purchased. It may take up to a year or so before we photograph all 40 women and are able to produce the magazine. *

Album collections begin at a price of $1199 and go up from there, as stated above, should you want to purchase a collection the retainer will be deducted from the price. A La Carte items begin at $349. *
This application will be reviewed and you will be notified if you are chosen and sent the interview questions. If you cannot participate in this round, you will be eligible to join in the next round. *
