After School Club 3.11.20 - 6.11.20
Please fill out this form for After School Club childcare for Tuesday 3.11.20 - Friday 6th November.  The club runs from 3.15pm - 6 pm and costs £7 per session includes a light tea and drinks.  Due to Covid 19 restrictions, any child not booked on to the club the previous week, will not be given a place.  If you would like to book your child(ren) in on consistent days on a long term basis, please fill out the last question.  Many thanks.
