Camp worker 2024 application
Come out and work a week behind the scenes at camp, and in return you can earn up to a week of camp tuition free! 

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 
  • Arriving 1 hour before meals at the dinning hall to help set tables, prepare ice and drinks, and other tasks we may need help with. 
  • After the meals help includes all dishes and general clean up of the dinning hall. 
  • Outside of meal times there are various needs pertaining to that particular camps schedule or needs. 
Compensation for a week you will be attending:
  • Work a full week (including 3rd/4th) = 100% compensation of a week 
  • Work a weekend or short week (including Last Chance) = 50% compensation of a week 
  • Work multiple weekend/short week = 100% compensation of a week 
Additional Benefits included but not limited to: 
  • Participation in many camp activities that everyone loves (kayaking, swimming, activity times, etc.) 
  • Meals and Cabin stay provided. 
  • Great experiences and extra time at Central Iowa Bible Camp

CIBC Code of Ethics:

1. Workers failing to respond to the authority of all camp staff will be sent home. 

2. Workers who fail to abide with the worker schedule (exceptions: Sickness, with permission, ect.) will be sent home. 

3. Worker caught stealing or pilfering through others belongings will be sent home. 

4. Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Any act deemed unacceptable by CIBC staff, Camp Dean, or  faculty will result in dismissal. 

5. Workers who destroy camp property will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. 

6. Any worker caught with alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, Illegal drugs, or weapons will be  dismissed. 

7. Workers are expected to treat others in a Christian Manner. 

8. Report all illness or injury to camp nurse immediately.

9. Modest attire will be worn at all times.
