a) If you are coordinating multiple Christmas activities in different locations, please complete this form for each location. However, if you are coordinating multiple activities located close to one another (walking distance) i.e Brisbane Metro, you can complete one form.

Please provide as much information as you can so we can create an informative and engaging Seek ad for potential mission volunteers.

b) All expressions of interest will be automatically directed to the nominated contact email. We cannot list names, numbers, emails or links in the body of the Seek ad.
