Madrid-Waddington Software Request Form
Please complete this form in order to begin the process of procuring software. Your request will move through the following steps:
1. The building principal will approve based on curricular needs, fiscal planning, etc.
2. The request will be sent for vetting, Ed-Law 2-d compliance, and contract negotiation.
3. The Superintendent/Data Privacy Officer will approve or deny request.
4. If approved, a purchase order will be placed.
5. The technology department will roster the program for implementation and the program will be added to the M-W approved Technology Tools List.
