In order for your application to be considered, you must agree to the following: *

I understand that I must have at least 10 hours of flight time to include at least 10 takeoffs and landings within 30 days proceeding the start of CrossVenture|Aero Camp.

I agree to provide JAARS Aviation with copies of the following: Pilot certificate, flight instructor certificate, current Class II medical certificate, current TSA Security Awareness training, most recent two pages of my logbook (or the last 20 entries if electronic), evidence of a current flight review, any accident history or enforcement action.

I agree to submit to a criminal background check, complete child safeguarding training, and meet the JAARS volunteer screening criteria.
