Dear Parent or Carer,
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to St Mary’s Catholic Nursery & Infant School. We realise that this may be an anxious time for you and your child and we wish to keep these concerns to a minimum. If you feel that you would like to discuss any aspect of your child’s educational needs then we would be very happy to meet you early in the autumn term.

Please complete this form, which will go directly to the School Office who will pass this information onto Mrs Quinn, who will then contact you to arrange a meeting. Please note you do not need to complete this form if your child has no special Educational Needs.
