Our St. John Neumann Parish Vacation Bible School will be returning this summer from July 10th-July 14th, 2023 from 9 am - 12:30 pm! Putting together such a large event for our parish will take many volunteers so please respond with your availability and interest in different volunteer roles! We are currently planning to offer camp for mini-campers (rising PK4 and Kindergarten), and campers (rising 1st-6th grade). Rising middle and high-schoolers can serve as volunteers.

What timeframe are you available to help with our Vacation Bible School?

Preparation, Logistics, and Planning (Any time periods between March and VBS in July)

Set-up (During the Week of July 3rd- 7th or Weekend of Friday, July 7th - Sunday, July 9th)

For Duration of Vacation Bible School (Monday-Friday, July 10th-14th, 9 am - 12:30 pm)

For at least one full day of Vacation Bible School (Monday-Friday, July 10th - 14th, 9 am - 12:30 pm)

Clean-up (Afternoon of Friday, July 14th)

What roles are you interested in assisting with during our Vacation Bible School?

Station Leader (instructs one activity for multiple groups of campers each day)

Assistant Station Leader

Preschool Crew Leader (leads a group of 5-10 preschoolers through all their camp activities)

Coordinator (Oversees a group of volunteers/activities to help camp run smoothly

Elementary Crew Leader [ROLE FOR HIGH SCHOOLERS] (facilitates a group of 5-10 campers through all of their camp activities)
