Thank you for your interest in being a chaperone for the Heritage Festival that will take place on Friday, February 28th at Spring Creek Park. Chaperones should arrive at Spring Creek park by 8:45 am. The festival should be over by 2:00 pm.

We could not do this without you! Please complete this form, so that we know you are wanting to be a chaperone for the event. You will be contacted with additional information we we get near the date of the festival.
