This document informs the participant (“Volunteer”) of all legal liabilities, remedies, and expectations for involvement in Nourish LA food giveaways at UCLA University Housing at 3200 Sawtelle Blvd, including roll call guidelines, on-site etiquette, and enforcement procedures regarding attendance, participation, and provisions regarding equitable distribution of goods. Volunteers are assumed to be familiar with all aspects of the waivers and expectations herein by the time of their first shift and are expected to adhere to these guidelines throughout their time volunteering with Nourish LA. All information expressed in this form is binding and not eligible for individual negotiation or appeal without express written consent from Nourish LA, UCLA Housing, and all other involved parties.
