We are pausing early access whilst we make some improvements to our accessibility system, instead please make your way to the front of the queue when we open and explain you are an accessible customer, a staff member will then check your ticket. If you are in a wheelchair, they will get you in first and show you to the access area. If you need help finding the access area please inform a member of staff.

Due to ongoing issues with emergency Network Rail repairs, our corridor is currently at a reduced width (71cm).
