109學年下學期高中優質化多元選修【實用英語聽講】問卷調查
各位同學大家好：
　　經過了一個學期，相信大家都在各自選修的課程中，學習到許多與學科相關的專業知識。一個學期的課程很快就結束了！學校希望能藉由此問卷，了解同學們的學習狀況，以及課程的開發是否符合同學所需。下列大約有10題左右的題目，期望同學可以根據實際經歷的感受，回答相關問題，本問卷僅作為未來學校開發課程時參考的依據。感謝各位同學的協助！
