Qur'an Braille Classes Sign Up Form
As-salamu alaikum.
The NFB Muslims Group, in partner with IBQS, will be hosting Qur'anic Arabic Braille Classes for anyone who is interested. Students will learn how to read and recite Qur'an in Arabic. The purpose of this form is to gather necessary information from all interested individuals for class enrolment and distribution of class materials. Please fill out the form below to be added to our class roster, inshaAllah (God willing).

Please note: While these classes are for Qur'anic Arabic Braille, instructors will teach in English. An understanding of both Braille and the English language is required. Also keep in mind that classes will remain small to ensure students get a focused learning experience. It is for this reason that spots will be limited.

About Us: The NFB Muslims Group was formally established by the NFB President, Mark Riccobono, in March of 2021. The purpose of the NFB Muslims Group is to provide advocacy and education related to challenges and opportunities unique to blind Muslims, to change negative perceptions about Islam in the blindness space related to service animals and other areas, to increase access to information in accessible formats for blind Muslims (e.g., Braille Qur’ans and texts), and to serve as mentors and support for one another.
