Story Art Post Assessment
Post Assessment to be completed by students participating in the Story Art Workshop.  This PostAssessment will take about 20 to 30 minutes to complete.  Do not over think the questions.  Answer as honestly as you can, but you should typically choose the answer that first comes to your mind.

Most of the questions are the same from the Pre Assessment, but during the Story Art Workshop you may have become more aware of yourself and your surroundings.  You may choose to answer based upon how you know yourself now.
