Hunter Miners Nationals trials are open for players who are from Newcastle, Port Stephens, Maitland and Lake Macquarie associations. Players must have played a minimum of 7 games in the one team in the one season (Summer 23/24, Autumn 2024 or Winter 2024) at their association to be eligible to trial.
To be eligible for Senior teams players must have played 7 games at their local competition in the one team in a senior competition ie Mixed Opens, Mens Opens or Womens Opens. Players must have turned 15 to take the field in the senior divisions at local competitions.
Players are expected to attend the trials on the following dates:
Juniors - Dates TBA early to late June (Times TBA)
Seniors - Dates TBA early to late June (Times TBA)
Any players who are unable to attend the trial for a valid reason must email hunterminersrepoztag@gmail.com and include all relevant information along with still filling in the below contact form.
National Championship dates are as follows:
Junior Nationals 18th-20th October C.Ex Coffs International Stadium, Coffs Harbour
Senior Nationals 1st-3rd November C.Ex Coffs International Stadium, Coffs Harbour
All players who are selected must be available to attend training sessions.
Uniform orders must be placed with OES and registration paid for (Link will be provided at a later date) before the cut off on TBA. No orders will be accepted after this date.
Extra gear (Singlets, shorts, pocket shorts, polos, soft peak visors, fleece jumpers, spray jackets etc) will be available also.
