— I will ensure the safety of all rowers under my supervision. The includes determining if conditions are appropriate for rowing, boat line up selection, assisting with equipment issues and answering rowers' questions and concerns.

— I have read and understand the Safety Manual, understand the rowing level system, know where to find individual rowers designated level and will use this information for proper boat line up selection.

— I will lock the overhead door and take the key with me while on the water.

— I will ensure that all equipment is stored properly, and overhead door is properly locked and secure at the end of the rowing season.
