We are very excited at Heartland to be able to provide a summer program option for students. The purpose of this program is to continue to engage students in the learning environment over the summer, build continuous relationships and increase math fluency and reading skills for the following school year. Please complete this form for each student in your household you wish to register for the summer. Students will need to be picked up or you are giving your student permission to walk home.

The dates for the program are June 13-June 23rd. School will be held Monday-Thursday only 9:00-12:00. We will feed students breakfast and lunch as part of the day.
