S4 - T840 Monthly Camping Guidelines
Note: SCOUTS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO CAMP MONTHLY. IT IS IMPORTANT TO BOND WITH YOUR PATROL AND IS REQUIRED FOR MOST RANK ADVANCEMENT AND LEADERSHIP CREDIT!

Monthly campouts will be posted on the T840 website and usually will be opened 2 weeks before the campout happens. Registration for the campout will be on the T840 website and payment is due the Sunday before the campout. Payment can be made by cash or check OR electronically (using directions provided by the T840 Treasurer).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full Refund: Cancellation email must be received by 11:30 pm on Tuesday prior to the campout. If campsite/rental fees are pre-paid and can’t be refunded, that will be deducted from refund. Refunds will be credited to the Scout account.
No Refund: No refund will be received if Scout does not show up for campout and an email or text hasn’t been received about cancellation. Any unpaid camping/rental fees for the campout will be deducted from the Scout account.
