A Rhode Island FC media credential is a non-transferable personal license and must be clearly displayed at all times. It provides evidence that the bearer has been authorized to enter only those areas designated or allowed by Rhode Island FC and/or stadium personnel. This credential is property of Rhode Island FC and Rhode Island FC reserves the right to revoke this credential at any time. Possession of this credential does not guarantee a seat in the stadium. By accepting and using this credential, you agreed to comply with all applicable Rhode Island FC and stadium policies, including but not limited to the Fan Code of Conduct, available at rhodeislandfc.com/fan-code-of-conduct. Members of the media, and their respective organizations, receiving and using this credential further agree to the Media Credential Agreement, available at rhodeislandfc.com/media-credential-agreement. By accepting this credential, you acknowledge that you voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers incident to the event and related events, including the risk of personal injury, the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, or lost, stolen, or damaged property, wither occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused, and hereby waive all claims and potential claims related to such risks, hazards and dangers. The bearer grants irrevocable permission to Rhode Island FC and its assignees to utilize the bearer's voice, image and likeness in connection with any broadcast or other recording, and for all promotional uses resulting from attendance at any Rhode Island FC event or related event, without compensation.
