The purpose of this form is to collect essential information and details regarding your interest in renting the ICTC Center. By completing the form, you provide the necessary information to ICTC to assess your request, confirm availability, and ensure a smooth rental process. Rules and Regulations:
Compliance with ICTC Constitution : Applicants my read and abide by the regulations outlined in Article V of the ICTC Constitution, which governs rental agreements for the center.
Rental Cost : The rental cost is $700, and an additional amount of $300 is required for cleaning, bringing the total cost to $1000. The full amount has to be settled before the event.Community members with Annual Membership get discounted rates.
No Alcohol or Recreational Drugs: Consumption of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any other intoxicants in any form within the ICTC premises is strictly prohibited.
Catering and Food Requirements: Only halal food is permitted within the ICTC premises. Halal refers to food that is prepared and consumed in accordance with Islamic dietary law(ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_dietary_laws)
Kitchen Usage: The kitchen facilities are available for basic preparations and storage; however, it is strictly prohibited to use the kitchen for cooking food during the event. Cooking activities, including the use of open flames and hot plates, are not permitted.
Modesty in Dressing: Guests are expected to adhere to a modest dress code during their visit to the ICTC Center.
Prohibition of Celebrations with Music and Dance: Celebrations involving music and dance are strictly prohibited within the ICTC premises.
Seating Arrangements : In accordance with our cultural norms and values, seating for men and women should be arranged separately during events held at the ICTC Center. Please ensure that guests adhere to this seating arrangement for the duration of the event.
Prayer Hall Accessibility: The prayer hall will remain open for prayers at all times during the event. It is essential that access to the prayer hall is not obstructed or blocked in any way.
Property Damage Policy: Any destruction of ICTC property will result in a fine.
Post-Event Cleanup and Restoration: It is imperative that all decorations and temporary installations be promptly removed at the conclusion of the event. Additionally, organizers are responsible for restoring the center to its original setup, including arranging tables and chairs back to their initial layout.
We kindly request all organizers and attendees to exercise care and consideration while utilizing the ICTC Center. This includes treating the facilities, equipment, and surrounding areas with respect. Please be mindful of noise levels, avoid any activities that may cause disturbance to others, and take precautions to prevent any damage to the premises. Your cooperative and considerate approach ensures a positive experience for all attendees and helps maintain the integrity of the center for future events.
