ELECTIVE Courses are chosen by the student and guardian. Please select the #1 choice/ACADEMY Choice below and then select 5 additional electives.  The #1 choice is prioritized in scheduling.  Then, #2 choice is prioritized, then #3.  If the #2 or 3 choices are unable to be scheduled, students will be scheduled into their #4, 5 or 6 choices. It's important to choose wisely as materials are ordered and teachers are hired based on course selection, therefore changing courses is not an option once schedules are completed in the summer.

ACADEMIC Courses are determined by course history, state testing data and the Polk County course progression plans. The comments/request box at the end can provide input on these academics.
 
Students will receive a confirmation email at the student school email address provided with elective course selected.  The most recent submission will be used for scheduling elective courses.  Access to the electric form closes on Feb 18th.  Students may update/resubmit their elective choices through this date.
