Thank you for registering for the Reiki Level 1 Course, being held in-person at  Florida Art Therapy Services or on Zoom on Saturday June 26, 2021 from 10am-1pm. No lunch provided - feel free to bring your own snacks.

Your certificate will be awarded and sent to the e-mail used to register for the course after the quiz has been submitted.

Once this registration form AND payment has been received, we will send a confirmation e-mail to include the Zoom link information. Please save this email in a safe place so that you have the information to log-in. We will be sending an email with the Zoom link and PDF handbook of materials within 24 hours of the course, as well.

Please note, we will NOT be able to reserve a seat without payment, and seating is limited to 15 registrants.
