By submitting this registration, you grant permission for BJP and Eastern Suburbs Physie to print Members images, videos, name and likeness on hard copy publications including but not limited to flyers, brochures, programs and in digital marketing including but not limited to website and social media. * *
Payment
No immediate payment is required upon completion of this registration form.
Term 1 and registration fees will be invoiced at the beginning of Term 1, 2024. Subsequent term and competition payments will be invoiced at the beginning of each term throughout the year.

Payments are due in full by WEEK 3 of each term.

Eastern Suburbs Physical Culture Club is registered with the NSW Government Active Kids and Creative Kids programs. If you have vouchers for your child or children you can redeem it for a portion of the registration or term fees in 2024


BJP Registration
Registration will be $99 including GST in 2024 and we ask that every member is
registered by their third lesson because registration is for learning the syllabus, regardless of
competing.
2024 registrations must be completed online by members. The link to register is on the BJP
website www.physicalculture.com.au and BJP Facebook page. There are also links on our website at www.easternsuburbsphysie.com


Declaration
By submitting this registration I agree to be bound by the codes and policies of the BJP Association and Eastern Suburbs Physie.
I understand and agree that participation in classes run by Eastern Suburbs Physie is at my own risk. Any accident or injury incurred at such times is in no way the fault of Eastern Suburbs Physie and is my own responsibility.
