Thank you for taking the time to help us plan the 23rd Annual Michicagoan Graduate Student Conference!
Informing us of your attendance plans will help us *enormously* in our planning efforts. We will be able to make sure we have enough food and other goodies on hand for all in-person attendees, and that we get all the right links and other information to virtual attendees as well. It will also help us to consider any accommodations our guests might need.
If you have already filled out this form but are changing your plans, please *do* fill it out again and indicate at the end of the form that we should consider only your most recent response.
If you have already filled it out and have *not* changed your plans, there is no need to fill it out again.
Please note the following when considering your responses:
(1) The in-person component of the conference will be held on May 6th and 7th in room B1580 of the Jeff T. Blau
building at 700 E. University Ave. at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. The conference will take place over
the course of TWO FULL DAYS.
(2) Meals will be provided for in-person attendees. Housing for in-person, student attendees will be provided
upon request. Transportation costs for in-person student presenters will be reimbursed up to $100, with a
possible increase if the budget allows.
(3) There is no registration fee for the conference.
(4) In-person attendees are required to be vaccinated. Masks will also be required.
If you plan to attend the conference virtually for any period of time, please note that this form is meant to be completed *** in addition to *** registration for the Zoom webinar. This form does not replace webinar registration. You can register for the Zoom webinar here:
