Buffalo Trail Lunch Registration
This form is for any parent or guardian who would like to have lunch with their student at Buffalo Trail. You must register 24 hours in advance. We will have a daily list in the office so that we are aware of who is joining us each day. Please make sure you bring and present a photo ID to enter the building. Feel free to bring outside food to treat your student, however please be allergen aware of those around you. 

Lunch days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  

The below information is required by our security protocols to allow adults to enter the school. If you do not complete the form, we will require this information upon arrival which will delay the time with your student. 

When you arrive at Buffalo Trail please proceed to the left most front door and follow posted directions.

Also, please remember the following;
  • Photographs are not allowed in the building
  • Videos are not allowed in the building
  • Polished attire appreciated
  • Dress to Impress
  • Smart casual
