This can help us maximise the impact of the session. 

Please make sure that you have checked the basic criterion. This session will be beneficial for someone who is:

- Aged 18 years or above

- Longs for more authenticity, openness and dialogue within their families

- Would like some empathy, support or direction on the journey towards change


Keep in mind that this session is a coaching session and is different from therapy or counselling. If you seek mental health advice, I suggest you look for professional mental health services.
