This is just to gauge interest, you are not committing to anything. We are working with Waterbeach Neighbourhood Plan Group, South Cambs District Council and Cambridgeshire ACRE. This survey will help inform the Neighbourhood Plan Policies as well as our CLT project.

Self and Custom Build
Waterbeach CLT believes that you get better homes which people are happier living in, when they are involved with designing and building them. This doesn't have to mean doing the work yourself, but you can decide the type, size and finishes during the design.

These are referred to as self and custom build projects. The CLT is currently looking at facilitating a project where people are involved in designing and building their homes (to whatever extent they want to be).

Doing some of the work yourself can also help to keep the costs down and make them more affordable. If you are interested, there are a few extra questions which will help us develop the project.
