PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING THE FORM:

This is for society members who have bought the Game Library Card on our Engage page.

When you request a game, you will pay a deposit of £20 in CASH to the committee when you receive the game. This will be kept in a safe. This deposit will be returned to you once you return the game unless you lose or damage the game.

You will likely receive your requested game at one of our Monday socials.
