ASKS to be admitted as a member of the RIDE 70S  Sports Association, furthermore, the undersigned DECLARES to have read the Statute and the Regulations of the Association and to accept and respect them in all their points; to have paid the annual membership fee of €35.00 INCLUDING ASI CARD by B\B IBAN IT28G0306909606100000193590 made out to RIDE 70s Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica or by means of other payment formulas indicated in this form; to allow the data concerning the registration to be communicated to the bodies and/or sports federations to which the Association belongs and processed by these to the extent appropriate for the fulfilment of the obligations established by law and by the statutory provisions. I also declare that I possess all the moral and health requirements and that I am suitable for sporting activity practiced within the association, exempting the Association from any liability in this regard. I declare that I wish to receive the Association's newsletter at the email address indicated in this form. Admission as a Member is contextual to the acceptance of this application. The undersigned declares to have read the insurance policy stipulated with the ASI body and to have accepted the limit of €80,000 and indemnifies the Association from any liability in this regard.
