The competitions will run Saturday May 25th, 2024. Food/snacks will be provided to all volunteers! This will be a UNAA Regional Qualifier with 3 courses running at a time.

Responsible for helping set up the courses prior to the competition. NO registered athletes are allowed to set up the courses, volunteers must be 16+

Which volunteer roles would you be interested in?

Please note the minimum required age attached to each role. For volunteers under 13, please see below.

Crowd Control - Ensuring that the course is clear of all spectators. Keeping guests out of the way of the athletes on coursers and in the designated viewing areas. Must be 13+

Stand By First Aid - Be present in the designated First Aid area to provide care to injured athletes. Must be 16+ for this position, and have current First Aid & CPR training.

Warm up Area Supervisor - Supervising the warm up area. Make sure athletes are staying safe while warming up. Must be 16+ for this position.

Scorekeeper - Responsible for keeping track of the athletes run time and score during their run. A walkthrough will be given in person prior to shift. *Previous experience with Ninjamaster is a bonus! Must be 18+ for this position.

Athlete Check-In - checking athletes in, making sure that all liability forms are signed. Must be 16+ for this position.

Course Resetter - Be present during the course walkthrough. Follow athletes on the course and reset obstacles that are displaced during the run. Must be 13+ for this position.

Course Judge - Responsible for judgeing the athlete's run in accordance with the rules provided. Training will be provided prior to the shift. Must be 18+ for this role.

Athlete Coordinator - Responsible for ensuring the next athletes is ready and aware they are running by checking the athlete run times on the run order. Guiding the athletes to the appropriate course. Must be 18+ for this role.
