Summer Kids Club 2022
REGISTRATION FORM

Kids Club Saigon is offering a fun-filled Summer Program from July 4th through August 26th. The program includes project-based learning, group games, outdoor play, creative art, sensory play, science, and literacy activities within a joyful, active English-speaking environment. The focus is on FUN and FRIENDSHIP while fostering important skills and mindsets for life.

There are weekly themes, sports, and field trips!

Families can enroll by the week according to the following schedule and theme:

Week 1: July 4-8 ("Curiosity")
Week 2: July July 11-15 ("Creativity")
Week 3: July July 18-22("Collaboration")
Week 4: July 25-29 ("Courage")
Week 5: August 1-5 ("Care of the Earth")
Week 6: August 8-12 ("Community")
Week 7: August 15-19 ("Contribution")
Week 8: August 22-26 ("Celebration")

There is a minimum enrollment period of at least one week.

• Please fill out this Registration Form and we will confirm receipt of your form within 3 working days.
• Confirmation of your child's enrollment (and program details) will be emailed to you before June.

Kindly note that your child's registration is NOT completed until registration forms and full payment are received by the KCS office. Please see below for Summer 2022 Program Fees.

** DISCOUNTS: We offer a 5% discount for one-time payments of 4 or more weeks.

** LATE ENROLLMENT:  Enrollments are accepted throughout the summer, based on availability. Payment will be due by the Friday before the child's week of attendance.

** FEE POLICY for F0 CASES: If your child tests positive for COVID-19 and is required by KCS to quarantine at home during his/her summer enrollment, a credit/refund  is applied for up to 10 days of this mandatory home quarantine. Please review fee policy below. Kindly note that the credit/refund policy is not applicable for other types of absences.

**TRANSPORTATION: Pickup/dropoff service within District 7 is available for a fee. Please see Transportation Request Form below and register upon enrollment, or at least one week prior to the start of your child’s summer attendance.
